Paid Media Strategist - London (Hybrid) A leading recruitment marketing agency is hiring a Digital Media Strategist to plan, activate and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of strategy and hands-on activation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic. Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Old Street) Salary: up to £55k. The Role * Plan and manage paid media campaigns across key digital channels * Build media plans, forecasts and budgets * Activate, optimise and QA campaigns directly in-platform * Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights * Present strategies and results to clients * Test new platforms, formats and optimisation approaches * Collaborate with creative, strategy and client services teams About You * Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn * Strong Excel skills and confidence building plans and forecasts * Understanding of tracking, measurement and GA4 * Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive * Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to clients Benefits Hybrid working, private medical and dental, pension, lifestyle discounts, social culture, dog-friendly office.
