Your responsibilities will include:Creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment overnightBuilding positive, trusting relationships with young peopleProviding reassurance, guidance, and practical supportHelping young people build confidence and independenceKeeping clear, accurate records and safeguarding informationWorking within trauma-informed and psychologically aware frameworks Every night you'll play a part in helping young people believe in a brighter future.
