Nursery Practitioner Needed – WallsendWe are currently recruiting a qualified Nursery Practitioner to work in a friendly and supportive nursery school in Wallsend. This is a long-term role starting at the end of January, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.Location: Wallsend Position: Nursery Practitioner Hours: Full-time – shifts vary between 8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, 9:00–5:00 Start Date: ASAP Pay: £13.95–£14.50 per hourAbout the Role: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment Work as part of a supportive nursery school team to maintain high standards of care and education Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues What We’re Looking For: Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (or equivalent) Paediatric First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain one Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery school in Wallsend, with the chance to secure a permanent role.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
