We are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, PD, PMLD and SLD.This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working across primary and secondary age groups (5–18 years).Working hours: 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils with a range of complex SEN needs Assisting with learning activities on a 1:1 and small group basis Promoting independence, confidence and engagement Working closely with teachers and specialist staff Helping to create a safe, positive and structured learning environment Requirements Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs A patient, caring and resilient approach Ability to work across primary and secondary settings Commitment to full-time work Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
