We are looking for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Speke area. The staff team is collaborative and passionate about creating a nurturing environment where pupils can achieve their full potential.Job Description Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum.Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personal development.Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents. Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties).Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships.Flexible and proactive approach to learning support.Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
