Head of Lettings - Our client, an independent estate and lettings agency, is seeking an experienced Lettings professional to be their Head of Lettings. The role will involveresponsibility for the overall performance and growth of the lettings and property management departments in the Basingstoke area. This is a senior role with strategic and operational oversight.Senior leadership role overseeing the lettings operation in Basingstoke, responsible for growing market share, winning instructions, leading the team, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and developing the lettings departmentDriving growth through new landlord instructionsManaging and mentoring the lettings teamBuilding and maintaining long-term landlord relationshipsEnsuring full compliance with lettings legislation and regulationsSetting, monitoring, and achieving departmental targetsMaintaining high standards of customer service for landlords and tenants What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in a senior lettings role (Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager level)ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards)Strong track record of winning instructions and growing portfoliosConfident leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and business development abilityKnowledge of the Basingstoke lettings market advantageousFull UK driving licence What's In It For You?
