Role Overview: We are recruiting an EYFS Teacher to lead our school nursery class. You will plan and deliver structured, play-based learning and prepare children for entry into Reception. This is a full time, long term role starting in November and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance. About the Nursery: Attached to a large primary school, the nursery benefits from access to shared resources and specialist support. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, they focus on early learning and smooth school transitions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver EYFS-aligned lessons across all areas of learning Plan phonics and early number work Monitor children's progress and write reports Maintain high standards of safeguarding and inclusion Collaborate with Reception teachers on transition work Pre-requisites: QTS or EYTS Previous teaching experience in EYFS Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for early education and inclusive practice All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check. Any interviews we hold will be conducted over a Teams call.
