We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 Early Years Practitioner to join one of our partner nurseries in Kettering. The role is a full time position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance. What You'll Do: Support daily routines including meals, activities, and outdoor play Contribute to planning and implementing a creative curriculum Observe and assess children's development and learning Maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment Work collaboratively with parents and carers Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential) Reliable, flexible and passionate about childcare Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check.
