This is a fantastic opportunity to take on high-quality work, enjoy a progressive and inclusive culture and develop your career in residential property.The role:You'll be working on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityPreparing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds and completion statementsCarrying out searches, assisting with reports (depending on experience) and dealing with Land Registry applicationsManaging transactions from instruction through to post-completion (under supervision)Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesSupporting solicitors and fee earners to ensure a smooth client experience What we're looking for: Solid experience in residential conveyancingStrong client care and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple files and deadlinesA proactive and organised approach, with great attention to detailTeam player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment What's on offer?
