Position:Finance Manager of FP&A UK & IEJob Description:Finance Manager of FP&A UK & IEJob DescriptionAs the Finance Manager of FP&A you will lead a team of five financial analysts, both office based and remote, covering various aspects of FP&A and management accounting.Business partnering, communication and collaboration with main board and other business stakeholders.Responsibility for accounting processes within a SOX controlled environment, ensuring business and departmental priorities are met.Closely working with the wider finance teams and finance leaders involved in UK & IE entity accounts, fostering a culture of "One Arrow" and collaboration.Responsibilities:Team Management:Provide support, mentorship and training to a team of professional accountants and analysts in trainingManage team workload and deadlines effectivelyFoster a culture of continuous improvementEnsure high service levels and maintain strong relationships across the businessReporting and Analysis (UK & IE):Month end variance analysis compared to prior year, forecast and budgetManage the annual budgeting processManage quarterly and monthly results forecastingPrepare and review reporting packs to OI level on a monthly and quarterly basis, including the quarterly business reviewDeliver ad-hoc reporting and support the businessBusiness partner to the Divisional Directors, Operational and Executive Board of DirectorsSales Incentives (UK & IE):Manage sales commission plans and tools, ensuring accurate and consistent calculationsSupport and guidance on queriesMaintain good service levels to managers and individualsLead Executive Board commission approval meetingsAdvising on proposed scheme changes and improvementsAccounting (UK):Management of all aspects of accounting relating to billings and gross profitPrepare month end revenue & margin flash and actual reporting preparation, including variance analysisReview of margins, and support analysts on margin related tasksManage customers and vendors rebates calculations, reserves and reportingSales out report and balance sheet reconciliation reviews and approvals, including SOX level approvalsMaintain good ageing levels on all balance sheet itemsFX management (USD & EURO)Inventory analysis and liaise with business on ageing to ensure minimal obsolescenceManage revenue recognition management and provide guidance to the businessSOX control ownership for revenue recognitionProviding ad-hoc reporting and support to the businessWorking closely with the IE Senior Finance Manager, ensuring collaboration and consistency in processesProjects:Contribute to MS AX developments and fixes, including testing, advising on developments and supporting team membersDevelop processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, leveraging the latest toolsAd hoc projects as and when requiredPerson specificationQualified Accountant with minimum 7 years experience in FP&AProven experience of leading a teamExcellent communication skillsPrior experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX and MS Power Tools are advantageousExperience of MS Power BI & Power Query is desirableAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and to strict deadlinesWhat we offerCompetitive and attractive employee compensation packageReliable & trusting work environmentCooperative team with flat structures and communicationProfessional and personal developmentDo you see yourself as our future colleague?
