About the Role You will be responsible for working closely with senior colleagues and contributing to the smooth progression of claims. This position offers hands-on experience, structured upskilling, and the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors, and third parties Drafting correspondence and legal documentation Gathering evidence and supporting the litigation process Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring deadlines are met Supporting the wider team as required About You We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in Personal Injury Fast Track work, but we also welcome applications from those with backgrounds in: Civil litigation Broader legal assistant or paralegal roles Insurance claims handling Other legal support work If you have a good understanding of the claims or litigation process, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the legal profession, this could be the perfect next step.
