VANRATH are currently recruiting an Account Manager for a leading Telecoms and IT Managed Service company at their Belfast headquarters.The Account Manager will work with existing customers providing a mix of sales and service to each client.Responsibilities:Be the point of contact for a group of owned accountsProvide service to the clients as well as upsellingProvide feedback to the business on any customer issues or concerns related to our products and services.Meet and report on productivity and performance KPIs in a timely and accurate manner.Achieve individual sales targets and strive for overperformance.Essential Criteria:1-2+ years in sales (ideally account management)Eagerness and willingness to develop knowledge of products and solutionsProficiency experience using IT packages, ideally within SalesforceExcellent Communication skills - verbal and writtenA can-do attitude and an enthusiasm to approach challengesPersuasivenessSelf motivated and demonstrates initiativeResilience approach to gaining buy in from customers.A warm negotiatorCandidates with a Business/ IT related degree/ qualification are highly desirableRemuneration:Negotiable basic (if coming from telecoms) with £35,000-£40,000 OTE (commission is paid on ALL SALES for the first 3-6 months before then having a target to hit to qualify)Individual commission schemeFull company benefits packageSkills:telecoms account manager sales internal sales upselling cross sellingBenefits:OTE £35k-40k
