Job Title: Art Teacher Location: Sheffield (S2, S3) Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-timeAre you passionate about visual creativity and helping learners express ideas through different artistic forms?GSL Education are excited to invite applications for an Art Teacher to join schools across Sheffield, including the S2 and S3 areas. In this role, you’ll deliver inspiring lessons that spark imagination and build confidence in the classroom.As an Art Teacher, you will encourage pupils to explore a range of media and techniques while developing their creativity, observational skills, and personal style in a supportive learning environment.Main Responsibilities: The Art Teacher will plan and deliver creative lessons that are accessible and engaging.Support pupils in developing practical skills across drawing, painting, and mixed media.Encourage self-expression and creative thinking through structured activities.Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.Maintain a positive, well-organised classroom that supports focused learning. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.Experience working as an Art Teacher within a UK school setting.Strong subject knowledge and confidence managing creative lessons.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
