If so, then join our client,they’re a busy, growing residential property maintenance & handyman company operating across the domestic sector in London.Based near Clapham Junction, they’re looking for a driven Residential Assistant Project Manager & Estimator to work alongside their Project Manager and help keep jobs running smoothly from quote to completion.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role — perfect for someone who understands site realities but is equally confident organising works, managing engineers, and dealing with clients.What’s in it for you: £35,000 – £40,000 salary, depending on experienceMonday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pmPermanent, stable role in an established company that has operated in the area for 25 years.Varied work — no two days the sameReal responsibility and autonomyOpportunity to grow with the business and progress your career Key Responsibilities of the Residential Assistant Project Manager & Estimator: Working closely with the Project Manager to book in works and prepare quotesPlanning, scheduling and managing engineers’ daily workloadsCoordinating jobs from first call through to successful completionAnswering client calls and liaising with homeowners, tenants, landlords and agentsHandling client enquiries, requests and complaints professionally and efficientlyVisiting properties to assess works, scope jobs and schedule resourcesKeeping everything organised, documented and running on time What we’re looking for: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or strong on-site residential experienceBackground in the domestic & residential construction / maintenance sectorFull, clean UK driving licencePreference given to local applicantsConfident working both in the office and on-siteStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support engineersExcellent English (spoken and written – non-negotiable)Highly organised, detail-focused and proactiveAble to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems on the goSolid understanding of on-site processes so you can accurately assess and book works Interested?If you’re organised, confident, and know how residential maintenance really works, we want to hear from you.Apply now and take the next step in your construction management career.
