Teaching Personnel is looking for a fantastic Teaching Assistant for a vibrant and inclusive secondary academy in South Bristol. As part of the multi academy trust, they are driven by the values of Hope, Aspiration and Community, ensuring that every young person is supported, challenged, and inspired to achieve their full potential.The successful educator will work closely with teachers and students to support learning, promote positive behaviour, and help remove barriers to achievement.Key responsibilities include: Supporting students in lessons, both individually and in small groups Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging and inclusive learning Supporting students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needsHelping to maintain a safe, calm, and positive learning environmentContributing to the wider life of the academy We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about supporting young people’s learning and developmentHas good literacy and numeracy skillsCan build positive and respectful relationships with students and staffIs patient, flexible, and resilientHas experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential) Why join the trust?
