This role is suited to an ambitious individual seeking structured training toward Chartered status.The position offers exposure to a predominantly residential portfolio with some commercial assets, providing a broad technical grounding across key RICS competencies. The successful candidate will play an active role in day-to-day property management while developing long-term professional capability within the built environment.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Supporting the management of landlord and tenant relationshipsCoordinating maintenance works, inspections, and external contractorsAssisting with rent collection, arrears monitoring, and financial reportingSupporting lease administration and regulatory complianceConducting property inspections and preparing detailed written reportsAssisting with statutory compliance, health & safety, and risk management What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): A genuine interest in property and long-term professional developmentWillingness to work toward RICS Chartered statusStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganised approach with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a professional environmentMeets one of the following criteria: Holds a RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, or a related discipline; orHas a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the property industry (residential or commercial) What's In It For You?
