The company is seeking a driven, articulate, and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their busy residential lettings team.This role may be suitable for entry-level candidates with a background in customer service or sales, as well as those already working in lettings who are ready to take on more responsibility.You’ll be joining a reputable company with strong local ties and a focus on delivering excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants alike.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering and qualifying prospective tenantsBooking and conducting property viewingsLiaising with landlords and tenantsNegotiating rental offers and agreeing letsSupporting the lettings team with administrative tasksEnsuring compliance with lettings legislationMaintaining accurate records and database updatesDelivering a high standard of customer service throughout the rental process What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)Confident, professional, and well-spokenExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPositive and proactive attitude with strong team spiritHigh levels of organisation and attention to detailKnowledge of the Bexleyheath / SE12 area is a plusFull UK driving licence is essential; own car preferred What's In It For You?
