You will play a key role in sales delivery and client engagement.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Registering buyers and sellers and managing ongoing relationshipsConducting viewings and negotiating offersAssisting with property listings and valuationsProgressing sales from offer to completionMaintaining regular contact with clients and applicantsDelivering a consistently high standard of customer serviceWorking collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch targets What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience in residential property salesValuation and listing experience advantageousStrong customer service skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerWell presented, motivated, and organisedKnowledge of the North Kent area beneficialExcellent written and spoken EnglishFull UK driving licence essentialCar owner/driverProfessional approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
