CNC Machinist Location: Kings Lynn Hours: 4-Day Week (Monday-Thursday) Overview We are supporting our client, a well-established precision engineering business, in their search for an experienced CNC 5-Axis Machinist. Due to a sharp rise in workload, they require an additional machinist to join the team. Role Responsibilities Operating and programming 5-Axis Hurco CNC machines. Using FeatureCAM for CAD/CAM programming and toolpath creation. Performing both in-process and final inspection to tight tolerances. CMM programming and operation for dimensional verification. Working closely with the Shop Manager and wider production team. Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and housekeeping. Required Experience Proven experience with 5-Axis Hurco machining. Strong working knowledge of FeatureCAM. Confident in inspection methods and measurement equipment. CMM programming experience is essential. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
