Office Manager Signage Manufacturing Industry Newhaven Salary £35k About the Role We're looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll oversee a small team, manage workflows across office, studio, and manufacturing, and ensure every order runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. Key Responsibilities Oversee workflows between the office, studio, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery Line-manage and support a small team (Dispatch Coordinator + 2 Account Managers) Process job bags and monitor order progress, resolving issues as they arise Handle client escalations with professionalism and efficiency Carry out office administration tasks to keep everything running smoothly Act as a point of contact for clients, supporting account management where needed Report directly to the Managing Director with updates on team performance and operations What We're Looking For Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent people management skills, with experience motivating and supporting a team Calm under pressure, with a practical and proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of print or manufacturing industries (advantageous but not essential) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams What Success Looks Like Smooth delivery of orders Minimal errors and efficient workflows High levels of client satisfaction A well-supported and motivated team Apply for this role with an up-to-date CV via the link and a member of KRG will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail.
