Key Responsibilities: Advise on Commercial Leases (Landlord & Tenant) and complex high-value transactionsLead acquisitions & disposals of leasehold and freehold commercial propertiesSupport large-scale Development & Planning projectsBuild and maintain strong client relationships with owners, occupiers, investors and developers Skills & Experience: 2+ years PQE in Commercial Real Estate law Proven track record advising landlords, tenants, developers and investorsExcellent drafting, negotiation and commercial problem-solving skillsBusiness development mindset with proactive relationship building Why Join?
