Residential Conveyancer – CannockA respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Walsall office. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to manage a varied residential property caseload in a supportive, professional environment.As a conveyancer in this team you will handle your own residential property caseload to include: Handling freehold and leasehold sales/purchases Managing new-build transactions and remortgages Overseeing transfers of equity, lease extensions and first registrations Providing land law advice and managing non-transactional matters To be considered you must be: Qualified Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer, or experienced Paralegal Confident managing files from instruction to completion Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing law Team player with excellent communication skills What's on Offer?
