Chartered Building Surveyor £60,000 - £70,000 + Company Benefits + Progression + Company Bonus West Malling Are you a chartered Building Surveyor looking for an autonomous role where you can take ownership of diverse projects, progress towards Director, and benefit from a company bonus? In this role, you will take ownership of a broad range of commercial and residential projects, leading project management from start to finish, including inspections, defect investigations, dilapidations, refurbishments, and fit-out works. You will oversee client and contractor relationships, coordinate teams, produce high-quality reports, and make key technical decisions on site. This role would suit a chartered Building Surveyor seeking an autonomous position where they can take full ownership of projects, lead teams, and manage client and contractor relationships, while driving technical excellence across commercial and residential work and progressing towards Director-level responsibility within a supportive consultancy.
