SEN Learning Support Assistant Agency: Teaching Personnel Location: Farnborough & surrounding areas Setting: Primary Schools Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Short-term and Long-term roles availableAbout the Role Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of primary schools across the Farnborough area and is seeking committed and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants. You will be supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning and thrive in the classroom.Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Assist pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to follow individual education and support plans Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Requirements Previous experience supporting children with SEN is desirable A patient, caring, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel) What Teaching Personnel Offers Competitive pay of £13.75 per hour Flexible work options: short-term and long-term placements Immediate start opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Access to training and professional development How to Apply If you are available to start immediately and are interested in making a positive impact in primary education, apply today through Teaching Personnel.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
