Youth Workers / Support Staff Wanted - Secondary Schools in Swindon Are you a Youth Worker or someone with experience supporting young people aged 11-18? Are you interested in working in secondary schools, supporting students in lessons and covering classes when teachers are absent? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of secondary schools across Swindon and is looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join us in an ongoing temporary role supporting pupils in the classroom. The Role: Supporting students with their learning during lessons Covering lessons for absent teachers using pre-set work Working with pupils aged 11-18 Opportunity to gain hands-on school experience What We Can Offer You: Flexible work 3-5 days per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm) Ongoing temporary work with the potential for longer-term roles and school contracts Work matched to your experience, interests, and location Roles in schools local to you across Swindon Full training provided before your first day in school Ongoing support - we're with you every step of the way Pay: £100 - £130 per day, depending on experience This is an excellent opportunity if you are considering a career working in secondary schools, youth services, pastoral support, or teaching.
