Responsibilities:- Leading and supporting care teams on shift.- Administering medication (where trained).- Completing care documentation to CQC standards.- Supervising HCAs and supporting residents’ holistic care needs. Requirements:- Previous Senior Carer or Team Leader experience in care.- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).- Medication administration training.- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
