Health and Safety AdvisorLondonPermanent�50,000-�55,000 plus benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety professional to help shape and embed a positive safety culture across a diverse and dynamic organisation. This position is based in central London and you will be part of a wider Health and Safety team. Our client strongly supports CPD and would be happy to put the successful H&S Advisor through further qualifications.Key Responsibilities:* Investigate health and safety incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring actions are taken to prevent recurrence.* Conduct risk assessments and COSHH assessments across multiple business areas.* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records within the Health & Safety Management System, including incidents, audits, surveys, and risk assessments.* Contribute to the design and delivery of training offered by the Fire, Health & Safety team.You will have:* The right to work in the UK* Level 3 Health and Safety qualification as a minimum, ideally a member of IOSH* Relevant experience working in Retail, Facilities, Construction or similar environments* Excellent relationship building skills* The ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to the wider teamVacancy Reference: PR/028865Vacancy Owner: Nathan Thompson | nathan.thompson@shirleyparsons.com | 07725 258687
