Sessions are delivered via telephone, online and in person according to client preference. • Ensure that Canopi policies and procedures are followed, specifically in relation to data protection and safeguarding, responding in a timely manner to issues that arise. • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to ensure that client records and data are kept up to date and ensuring that outcome measures are completed for clients and used to support the client’s CBT sessions. • Ensure the maintenance of excellent standards of practice, observing BABCP ethical framework and/or other guidance, and keeping up to date on new recommendations/guidelines set by the Department of Heath• Take responsibility for resolving issues independently within client CBT sessions, where they fall within set role objectives, using judgement and creativity to suggest the most appropriate course of action and ensuring complex and conceptual issues and solutions are understood by clients• Contribute to the development of best practice within the service creating recommendation and supporting advances within the Canopi service. • Establish relationships with key contacts to ensure role objectives are meet, developing appropriate communication links with the University’s Schools/Directorates and outside bodies as required• To actively engage in ongoing personal and professional development, making full use ofsupervision, appraisal, and learning opportunities.
