This includes their reporting, changes and continual improvement and you will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities.Working across the team in support of this you will work on and ultimately own a number of the daily activities that keep our operations running smoothly, such as planned work and incident response tracking, as well as working on projects and initiatives that keep our services moving forward.
