Duties involve:Run the day to day processes of the branchProviding customers with product and service informationProactive selling on the telephoneAdvising and assisting customers at the Trade CounterDelivering excellent customer service and communicationProcessing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadlineCreate proactive trade counter promotions to customers to maximise the growth of the branch
