ABOUT THE ROLE:As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team supporting and in partnership with a Client Director and Senior Client Director. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.Your main duties and responsibilities will include:CLIENT FACINGOrganising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidenceBeing the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clientsManaging difficult conversations and challenges with confidence and graceBeing responsive to client needs and requests, identifying where opportunities lie to exceed expectationsBeing flexible and adaptable to circumstances, proposing solutions with easeNegotiating fee and timing discussions with the support of senior team membersOverseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentationConfidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client teamHaving an understanding of our offering and articulating it fluently to clients at every levelUsing your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversationsOrganising and contributing ideas to client entertainment to surprise and delightWITHIN THE CLIENT SERVICES TEAMReporting into your Client Director and/or the Client Partner on a day-to-day basis whilst working with and supporting the wider team as requiredManaging the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgetsLeading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issuesDeveloping and managing project timelines and detailed proposals, which are realistic and effectively meet our client’s needsWorking with a Client Manager to ensure Flook is up to date and accurateTaking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase ordersStrategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitchesLearning from the Client Directors and Client Partners to grow client relationships and broaden your understanding of the client service disciplineManaging the training and development of a Client Executive and Client Manager where requiredRequirementsWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:If you tick all of the boxes below, we could be a perfect match!
