Freelance IBM Maximo Consultant (Remote) Role SummaryWe are seeking an expert IBM Maximo Consultant to support client demos, solution walkthroughs, and advisory input across asset management use cases. The consultant will act as a subject-matter expert, helping shape solution narratives, demonstrate platform capabilities, and advise on best-practice Maximo implementations.RequirementsKey Responsibilities Lead and deliver client-facing IBM Maximo demos (technical and functional)Translate business requirements into Maximo solution designsAdvise on Maximo modules (Asset, Work, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance, etc.)Support pre-sales, solution validation, and technical Q&AProvide recommendations on configuration, integration, and deployment approachesCollaborate with delivery and architecture teams on solution positioningEssential Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.x / MAS preferred)Proven background in client demos and stakeholder presentationsDeep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processesExperience across utilities, transport, facilities, or public sector environmentsAbility to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesDesirable Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Mobile, or SchedulerIntegration exposure (APIs, ESB, GIS, ERP)Prior involvement in pre-sales or bid supportWhat We’re Looking For Confident, polished client-facing consultantPragmatic, solution-oriented mindsetAble to engage quickly and add value with minimal onboarding
