You’ll work closely with a highly respected Partner, giving you exposure to complex transactions and a clear path for professional growth. The Work – What You’ll DoYou’ll advise a wide range of clients including private individuals, family estates, corporate landowners and institutional lenders on commercial property and agricultural matters, such as: Sales and purchases of farms, estates and rural land holdings (including multi-lot and high-value deals)First registrations, title reconstructions and complex title issuesOverage agreements, easements, rights of way and access rightsAgricultural tenancies and Farm Business Tenancy agreementsSporting rights and specialist rural leasesAgricultural Holdings Act and 1954 Act tenancy adviceSecured lending transactions involving rural and mixed-use property assets About You: Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial propertyGenuine interest in agricultural and rural property lawAble to handle complex title matters and high-value transactionsCommercially minded, confident communicator and client-focused Why Apply?
