Your duties will include: Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery Carrying out basic quality and safety checks Reporting any faults or issues promptly Following strict health & safety and quality standards Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating role (preferred but not essential – full training provided) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliability and ability to work 12-hour shifts A positive, team-focused attitude Working Hours You’ll work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time off.
