The school is well resourced and staffed by a committed multidisciplinary team, including specialist teaching assistants, therapists and support professionals.The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, personalised learning tailored to pupils with complex needsPlan and assess learning in line with EHCP outcomesCreate a safe, structured and nurturing learning environmentWork collaboratively with support staff, therapists and familiesMonitor progress and contribute to reviews and reportsPromote communication, independence and emotional wellbeing The Ideal CandidateWe welcome applications from experienced SEND teachers and teachers with a strong interest in specialist education.You will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentHave experience or a genuine passion for working with pupils with profound, severe and complex needsBe patient, resilient and flexible in your approachDemonstrate strong teamwork and communication skillsBe committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
