Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Scheduler to work as part of a developing team to deliver world class customer care, ensuring at all times we are achieving both company targets and a high level of customer satisfaction, demonstrating at all times our company values.As the world’s leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to our customers.With unrivalled expertise in filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water, Zip Water is known globally for being home to the world’s most advanced drinking water systems.Joining Zip Water, gives you the opportunity to support our global team to improve the environment by removing single use plastics across UK Businesses.Are you a strong communicator, looking for a new challenge?Do you enjoy working in a face paced environment?Have you previously worked in a scheduling or coordination role?If so, we would love to hear from you!Main duties:Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries.Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.Sending out parts to customers and engineers.Daily communications with customers internal and externalDealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and emailEnsure priority customer calls are raised correctly.Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.General Data EntryActively seek to achieve all service levels.The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
