Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services, preferably in a multinational setting. Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and records management. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or similar enterprise data governance tools. Familiarity with Legal Hold management, data retention schedules, and compliance audits. Deep understanding of global financial regulations, including but not limited to: GDPR (EU) FCA/PRA (UK) FCPA (US) AML/CTF (Global) Basel III (Global Banking Standards) Local data laws in China, Saudi Arabia, India, Mexico, HK, DE, CH, T rkiye Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
