Care & Support Workers - Residential Care Home, Westerham A beautifully renovated residential care home in Westerham, Kent is looking to expand its team! We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join us as Care & Support Workers and Senior Care Workers. About Us: Small residential service supporting 30 service users Specialist care for dementia and challenging behaviours Excellent CQC rating in all areas Newly renovated with a luxury, welcoming environment Roles Available: Care & Support Worker Rate: £13.00 per hour Shifts: Day or night, 24-36 hours per week Overtime: £3 extra per hour Requirements: Previous care experience Senior Care & Support Worker Rate: £14.77 per hour Shifts: Nights, 36 hours per week Overtime: £3 extra per hour Requirements: Experience in a senior care role, care planning, and medication administration Eligibility: Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered Dependant visa, Spousal visa, and leave to remain candidates are welcome If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment, we would love to hear from you.
