To support this exciting expansion, we are seeking a skilled and driven Internal Recruiter to help us attract and secure the top recruitment talent in the market. This is a key position within our business, responsible for identifying high-performing consultants who will drive our growth across multiple sectors. You'll play a vital role in shaping the teams that form the foundation of Novax's continued success. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, attract, and recruit experienced recruitment professionals and emerging talent. Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies. Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing and engagement approaches. Represent and promote the Novax brand, culture, and values at every stage of the recruitment process. About You Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment. A strong understanding of what makes a successful biller within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Proactive, organised, and target-driven with a passion for recruitment. Confident working independently while collaborating effectively across the business. What We Offer £30,000 pro rata salary for a 4-day working week. Uncapped commission based on successful hires. Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, offering genuine work-life balance.
