Architect – Glasgow£45,000 We are now looking to speak to a talented Architect to join the Glasgow studio. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional residential projects, from concept through to completion.Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:Lead and coordinate the delivery of residential projects, ensuring quality and design intent are maintained throughoutManage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectivelyProduce and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentationAct as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and successful outcomesConduct site visits and inspections, addressing technical challenges and ensuring compliance with building standardsContribute to the studio’s ethos of sustainable, innovative designRequirements for this Architect role: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureARB registration (or working towards, with relevant professional experience)Proven experience managing architectural projects, ideally within the residential sectorStrong knowledge of RIBA Stages 0–7 and project delivery processesProficiency in Revit (or similar design software)Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skillsAbility to balance creativity with practical problem-solvingIf you’re looking to take the next step in your career and help shape the future of sustainable, design-led housing, please send your CV to owen.rees@aztrum.com
