Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon 2+ PQEA well-established regional firm in Devon is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding team. This position offers high-quality work, strong progression prospects and the chance to develop your expertise in a respected, forward-thinking department.The Opportunity:You’ll manage a varied caseload of private client work, including: Drafting wills and advising on estate planningSetting up and administering trusts, including inheritance tax planningPreparing and registering LPAsCourt of Protection applications and elderly client adviceHandling complex matters for high-net-worth individuals and families As you continue to grow, you’ll take on more sophisticated and higher-value instructions with full support from experienced senior lawyers.What You’ll Bring: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in Private ClientStrong grounding in wills, probate, trusts and taxConfident communicator with excellent client care standardsSTEP qualification helpful but not required – full funding and study support offeredAble to work in or commute to Exeter, East Devon, or surrounding areas What’s on Offer?
