As an Accounts Receivable Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate billing for our global clients across multiple companies. You will be responsible for raising invoices, maintaining the accuracy of customer accounts, matching orders and invoices, processing transactions, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and handling credit control queries. Your attention to detail and knowledge of billing processes will contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.Responsibilities: Manage credit control activity across multiple entities, multi currencyDaily contact with clients and sales teams, ensuring invoices are paid based on payment terms.Banking and Allocation of invoices and payments receivedInvestigate and resolve clients’ billing and payment queriesEnsure payment terms and comments are accurately reflected on invoicesLiaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve queriesComplete clients' onboarding forms and upload invoicesEnsuring monthly collection targets are achieved (individual and team) RequirementsEssential, previous experience working in Credit ControlConfident managing overdue debt and having conversations with clientsComfortable working with Finance systems and reporting tools.Strong Attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.) Experience working with B2B clientsUnderstanding of audit controlsEffective problem-solving abilitiesBenefits24 days annual leave rising to 29 daysEnhanced parental leaveMedicash (Healthcare Cash Plan)Wellness DaysBirthday day offEmployee assistance programTravel loan schemeCharity daysBreakfast providedFully stocked drinks fridgeSocial Events throughout the yearHybrid WorkingOur Company:With Intelligence is based at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EA.
