Key Duties As a Recruitment Resourcer, your responsibilities will include: Administration and compliance duties linked to the recruitment process. Promoting vacancies across social media platforms. Assessing CVs and job applications. Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews. Formatting CVs for client submission. Providing feedback to applicants. Running weekly payroll. Writing and advertising job vacancies. Requirements Excellent administrative and customer service skills. Confident and outgoing personality. Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Desire to learn, develop, and work hard.
