Cash Allocation Supervisor Belfast Were looking for a talented Client Account Supervisor to join our Belfast office and lead our Client Account team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a critical function, drive process improvements, and play a key role in shaping financial operations across the business.What Youll Do- Lead and mentor the Cash Accounting team- Oversee workloads, performance reviews, recruitment, and training- Drive process improvements and enhance control environments- Manage client account operations, including:Checking, banking, and posting client/currency/deposit receiptsProcessing payment requisitions and inter-ledger transfersPerforming daily bank reconciliationsManaging residual balances and liaising with partners- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and AML procedures- Support audits (year-end and SRA) and collaborate with international colleagues- Work closely with the Financial Systems Team on ERP enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics)What Were Looking For- Strong line management experience and leadership skills- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities- Proven experience in process improvement and change management- Deep understanding of control environments, Solicitors Accounts Rules, and AML procedures- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively- Previous experience in a legal firm is an advantageWhy Join Us?- Be part of a forward-thinking finance team driving transformation- Work on exciting projects with cutting-edge systems- Enjoy a collaborative, supportive culture- Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities for growthReady to lead with confidence and make a real impact?
