Clinic Coordinator Flexsource?NI part of Cpl jobs,?are recruiting forour client a nationwide medical specialist in their field for a Permanent Clinic Coordinator in Ballymena.Job Duties and Responsibilities The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for effective and efficient Diary Management, optimising attended appointment numbers through telemarketing activity providing exceptional patient care, while maximising accessory sales and customer care plans (CCP) while keeping and ensuring a well-presented clinic consistent with our globally recognized expert promise and valuesMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesTelemarketing to patients booking appointments, meeting KPIs, Dairy Management, Front of House, Patient Care, Administration.Work Experience and Skills Required:Previous high volume call handling experience requiredA High Level of Proven Customer Service Experience.Strong Communication Skills both written and oral.Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner.Previous Office/Secretarial Experience Essential.Professional Standard of Computer Literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite.Location: BallymenaSalary: Permanent role, Base salary £25,000 pa with achievable target earnings of £35,000+ pa.Hours:Monday Friday 9-5pmTo apply please send your CV through the link or telephone Arlene on for further details of this role.
