This could be a brilliant long-term opportunity.Protocol Education is working alongside a friendly Primary School in Gateshead to appoint a KS2 Teacher for a long-term position. This is a school that values curiosity, teamwork and steady progress, giving pupils the space and support they need to thrive both academically and personally.The role will involve: Teaching a KS2 class with clarity, consistency and care Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge thinking and encourage independence Creating a calm, inclusive classroom where children feel confident to ask questions and take risks Supporting pupils to develop resilience, self-belief and a positive attitude to learning Promoting positive behaviour through clear expectations and mutual respect Working collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen the wider school community We’re looking for someone who: Holds UK QTS (or equivalent) Has experience teaching within KS2 Brings a thoughtful, patient and reflective approach to teaching Has a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and child development Is a clear communicator and enjoys being part of a team Has the right to work in the UK Holds an enhanced DBS on the update service, or is happy to apply Can provide two professional, child-related references Why work with Protocol Education?
