A fantastic opportunity awaits at a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bolton for a Site Supervisor to start ASAP.Key Responsibilities:To carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs during the school day and monitor major works during school holidays. Be required to manage the work of contractors on site monitor services provided externally, such as window cleaning.To ensure that all school facilities are in excellent and safe condition with the highest possible standards of cleanliness for use by pupils, staff and visitors. Ensuring that the school site is in an excellent and safe condition and the estate is maintained in accordance with statutory health and safety and buildings regulations.What we are looking for:- Previous experience- Able to work on own initiative- Well organised- Able to prioritise tasks- Ability to carry out minor repairs to the fabric and fittings of the buildingHours:Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 15:00pmFriday - 6:30am - 11:30am - Full time - All year contract- 28 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysPay Grade 5 SCP £25,583 to SCP 9 £27,254 per annum Submit your CV and a brief personal statement outlining your interest and what you hope to gain from this opportunity.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
