What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assist with letting properties from initial enquiry to move-inBuild strong relationships with landlords and tenantsConduct property viewings and follow up with applicantsHandle enquiries by phone, email, and in personPrepare tenancy documentation and ensure complianceSupport the team with marketing and property listingsWork towards agreed targets and objectives What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Minimum 12 months’ experience in sales or customer-facing rolesExcellent customer service and communication skillsConfident telephone mannerWell-presented and professional appearanceAmbitious, self-motivated, and team-focusedLocal knowledge of the Crawley area (preferred)Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)Professional and proactive approach to work What's In It For You?
