We believe that a happy team creates great products!Your Role Includes: Assisting in the setup and operation of our production machinery to keep things running smoothly. Helping the production team hit their targets by doing a variety of essential tasks throughout your shift. Keeping work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient workplace. Conducting quality checks to ensure that every potato meets our top-notch standards and reporting any concerns. Joining in training sessions to keep learning and growing in your role. Being a supportive team member, positively contributing to a friendly work environment. RequirementsNo previous experience is required, but if you have worked in production or manufacturing before, that’s a bonus!Great communication skills to work well with your team.A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills to assist with quality checks.A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.Availability to work Backshift from Monday to Friday.Shift timings to be discussed at interviewRate of pay: £12.67/hour plus shift allowanceJoin us at Albert Bartlett, where we value each team member and their contributions.
