Are you a Teaching Assistant with SEND experience? As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to students with complex needs, physical disabilities and other special needs. This role gives you an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young students and work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the necessary support to excel academically. Responsibilities: Offering support to students with their studies, including one-to-one. Support pupils with complex needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. Providing guidance and support to students, ensuring their welfare is protected. Contributing to the development of school policies and strategies. Requirements: Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, working within care or support roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. A caring and nurturing personality. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. A valid child only DBS check.
